A time capsule was placed in the cornerstone of the news Hungarian language daycare center in Pécska, Arad County.
The institution is being established within the framework of the Hungarian government's kindergarten development program in the Carpathian Basin, under the supervision of the Reformed Diocese of Királyhágómellék.
